• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging markets to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
• Assist in the analysis of customer feedback and data to refine marketing approaches.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for HOD.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
• Support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (product, customer service, etc.) to align marketing and sales strategies.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales and marketing team members.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
