About the Role
Centurion Defence Academy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic English Faculty to train defence aspirants for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, MNS, and other competitive examinations. The candidate should have strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
Teach English language, grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, and writing skills to defence aspirants.
Prepare and deliver lectures, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
Design test papers, worksheets, and mock questions as per NDA/CDS exam standards.
Guide students in developing communication skills and interview preparation.
Track student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Contribute to academic content development (notes, practice sets, e-learning material).
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and competitive exam patterns.
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong command and confidence may apply).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to connect with students and inspire them towards defence careers.
