Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics, posters, banners, and creatives for academy branding.

• Develop visually appealing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Work on brochures, flyers, hoardings, and other promotional material.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

• Edit and retouch photos & videos as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, reels thumbnails, and animations for digital campaigns.

• Design creatives for Facebook & Google Ads.

• Assist in website banners, e-mailers, and landing pages.

• Coordinate with digital marketing team for ad creatives & audience engagement.

• Ensure designs align with defence academy’s professional image.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (basic).

• Knowledge of social media trends and design formats.

• Strong creativity and adaptability.
