Education: Indian Graduate from any UGC Recognized University in Any Stream 

Training Period12 months

Monthly Stipend- 11000/-

Additional amount- 500/- per value pack

Pre Requisite1.) Should be a Local Resident.   

2.) Should be able to communicate in the Local language (LL).        

3.) Should have a Good Working Knowledge of the English Language.

4.) Should have a Two Wheeler (TW) with a valid TW Driving License.                   

Responsibilities during Training

1.) Should be a quick learner and have an interest in making a career in the Investment & Insurance Industry.               

 2.) Should be comfortable to converse confidently with people of all age in LL & English.

3.) Generate Lead for Advisor Recruitment       

 4.) Inviting leads by calling them to attend the Business Opportunity Program.                                                                                                               

 5.) Arrange meetings with the Sales team and convert the lead an Advisor. Convert the lead to an Advisor once the Apprentice is trained.

Future Opportunity successful completion of the Apprenticeship program and performance up to the mark, an apprentice will be given an opportunity to apply as an Employee in the organisation.
