Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 18 to below 23 years [Age count will from Aug 2002 to above]
• Education: 12th Pass with Science/Arts/Commerce or ITI Pass with 60% Marks (ITI Pass with 2 years, NCVT/ SCVT) •
• Deduction: Canteen and Transport (Transport: Rs.450/Month & Canteen: Rs. 70/Month)
Training Locations: Pantnagar (Uttarakhand)

Roles and Responsibilities of a Production Trainee
Assist in Production Operations – Support day-to-day manufacturing activities such as assembly, machine operation, packaging, or material handling under supervision.
Learn Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Understand and follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Monitor Process Quality – Observe production processes, check product quality, and report deviations or defects.
Support Equipment Handling – Gain hands-on experience in operating, cleaning, and maintaining production machinery.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain production records, shift logs, and update supervisors on progress or issues.
Collaborate with Team – Work closely with production staff, supervisors, and quality teams to achieve daily targets.
Continuous Improvement – Participate in process improvement initiatives like 5S, lean manufacturing, and waste reduction.
Follow Safety Standards – Adhere to workplace safety rules, use PPE, and contribute to a hazard-free environment.
Troubleshooting Assistance – Assist in identifying and resolving basic equipment or process problems.
Learning & Development – Actively engage in training sessions, skill-building, and knowledge-sharing activities.
