Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.

• Support end-users with technical issues related to systems, applications, and hardware.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

• Monitor system performance and help maintain IT documentation.

• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with senior technicians or engineers on IT infrastructure projects.

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in asset tagging or tracking.

Technician  Apprentices shall be assigned to IT departments of the Company and will get exposure to various activities related to the information Technology and Cyber Security of a Defence Manufacturing establishment.
