Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, or residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and clean carpets.

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

• Refill toiletries, cleaning supplies, and room amenities as needed.

• Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor or maintenance team.

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally (if applicable in hotel setting).

• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Basic communication skills.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
