Job Title: 2D/3D Architecture Engineer 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D/3D Architecture Engineer to design, develop, and visualize architectural concepts, layouts, and structures. The role involves creating detailed 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. The candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring design ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop 2D architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings).
Develop 3D models, 
Revise and update drawings/models based on client feedback and project requirements.
Ensure accuracy, scale, and precision in technical drawings and models.
Work with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Lumion, or Blender..
Maintain project documentation and design records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (or related field).

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D rendering tools.
Knowledge of building codes, design standards, and construction processes.
Excellent visualization and technical drawing skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with VR/AR architectural visualization tools.

Prior experience in both residential and commercial projects.
