Remuneration For Freshers in Recruitment

Every Selected Candidate would be on probation for three months on below given Structure -

Total CTC ( First Three months of Probation )

14 CTC - 12000 ( Fixed ) + 2160 ( Variables ) + Mobile Expenses

For Experienced Candidates in Recruitment

21 CTC - 15500 ( Fixed ) + 5500 ( Variables )

After the Probation of three months the Take home Salary would be revised by 20% to 40 percent .
