Eligibility:

Only Male candidates

Age: 18 to 28

Qualification: ITI (Any Trade) / Diploma in Mechanical

Condition: Should not have done apprenticeship before

Stipend:

ITI: ₹14,000/month (incl. DBT)

Diploma: ₹16,000/month (incl. DBT)

🎯 Attendance Reward: ₹1,200

🕒 OT: ₹60–65/hr

Working Details:

24 Days/Month | 1st & 3rd Saturday Off

3 Rotational Shifts

18 Casual Leaves Annually

• Ensure all tools are in proper working condition before and after use.

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
