Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at A S WORD GROUP in Kanpur. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Target basic premium of Rs 2 lakh per month @ 75% of salary mandatory for approval

Target for Insurance Agent is to recruit 10 candidates in a month and training of all candidates is mandatory and minimum 100% result is mandatory 

Note for Insurance Agent: It is mandatory to sell a basic premium policy of minimum Rs 50,000 to the passout candidate within 0 month. 
Age: Less than 32 years
Preferred Industry: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General insurance, and NBFC 

Interview process - 2 rounds ( 1 F2F & 1 Virtual) 
Interview & feedback TAT - 72 hours
Age - 35 max
smartphone, 2 wheelers with a valid driving license is preferred.
