Channel - Agency
CTC : Upto 3 to 4.50 LPA + Incentive + fast track performance.
Annual/ Yearly Target : 17L.
Responsibility-

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
• generating leads and acquiring new clients.

Jobless - No (Only look for the candidates who are currently working)
Candidate has to locallite, minimum 1 years in current city (Relocation will not considered)

Experience - minimum 1 years in any field sales (Avoid candidate experience into BPO / Tele sales/ Retail / Freshers)
Qualification - Full time Graduation is must (10+2+3) (avoid diploma holders)

Documents required - Current Employer (PF passbook) e- Aadhar / Pan Card/ Last 2 companies Relieving letter or experience letter/ Current company 3 months pay slips & Offer letter/ 1-passport size photo JPG format/ Degree or Provisional copy is mandatory.

Interview process - 2 rounds ( 1 F2F & 1 Virtual) 
Interview & feedback TAT - 72 hours
Age - 35 max
2 wheelers with a valid driving license is preferred.
