Location: Remote (WFH) 

Working Hours: Flexible (Between 10 AM – 7 PM) 

Salary: ₹15,000/-to 45,000 (Performance-based) +  Incentives & Bonuses

### Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Freelance HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across industries. This is a target- driven role with high earning potential through incentives. 

### Key Responsibilities: 

✔ Recruitment: Self Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for job openings. 

✔ Talent Acquisition: Proactively identifying and attracting top talent. 

✔ Client Management: Understanding hiring needs and maintaining strong client relationships. 

✔ Candidate Engagement: Providing a smooth hiring experience for applicants. 

### Required Skills: 

✅ Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (freelance or agency). 

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

✅ Ability to multitask and meet hiring targets. 

✅ Familiarity with Tech, Finance, or Marketing hiring (preferred).
