Role - Executive- Travel Sales

Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using software.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to foreign exchange products and services.
Deliver accurate information, support, and guidance to customers regarding forex transactions.
Assist in sales conversion for foreign exchange services including currency exchange, forex cards, and remittances.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
Work in coordination with other departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Educate customers on company&aposs forex policies and documentation requirements.
Uphold company standards in terms of compliance, process adherence, and confidentiality.
Immediate joiners preferred to meet urgent operational needs.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of expereince in any Call centre
Good communication skills.
