Role/ Job Title: Product Lead - Savings

Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose

A SA Product Lead would contribute to the innovation & expansion of the current Savings account Product Suite. This would result into increase in acquisition and deepening of the existing Savings account portfolio thereby expanding the Retail franchise.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enhance existing Savings account offering by creating customized solution as per the customer requirements.
• Competition benchmarking to identify gaps in our offering.
• Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space
• Ensuring the current offering is line with regulations.
• Create digital journey for existing customer facing processes and enhance existing customer journeys to make it best in the industry.
• This role apart from handling some of the new initiatives on Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit and Lockers, will also be working on the many customer experience initiatives and revamping the existing customer touch points for the Bank.

Education Qualification

Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)

Post-graduation: MBA/PGDM

Experience: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
