• Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification:

  Regularly assess workplace hazards, analyze work processes, and identify potential risks to employees. 

• Developing and Implementing Safety Policies:

  Create and update safety policies that align with regulations and ensure they are effectively communicated and followed. 

• Ensuring Compliance:

  Monitor the workplace to ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, including those set by local, national, and international bodies. 

• Conducting Safety Training:

  Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and the use of safety equipment. 

• Incident Investigation:

  Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 

• Inspections and Audits:

  Conduct regular inspections of the plant and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols. 

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and other relevant data. 

• Promoting a Safety Culture:

  Encourage and promote a positive safety culture throughout the plant by actively engaging employees and fostering a proactive approach to safety. 

• Advising Management:

  Provide expert advice and guidance to management on safety-related matters, including policy development, hazard control, and risk management. 

• Emergency Response:

  Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, and ensure employees are trained to respond effectively in emergency situations.
