Hiring sales assistant-Department : Retail Operations

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Experience : 1 - 2 years of Experience in Retail preferred

Work Location :Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore

Work Timings : Roster Pattern - 1 Day, 1 Night, 2 Offs

Role Profile : Key Accountabilities

 Welcome and greet customers

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

 Maintain a fully stocked store

 Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

 Strong Focus on sales target & ensure periodical sales achievement

(Daily/Monthly/Quality/yearly)

 Recommend and display items that match customer needs

 Manage point-of-sale processes

 Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments

 Keep up to date with product information

 Accurately describe product features and benefits

Requirements and skills

 Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

 Proficiency in English

 Solid communication and interpersonal skills
