• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze process parameters, machine efficiency, and product quality.

• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing practices and process optimization initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.

• Maintain documentation related to production, including daily reports, process logs, and quality records.

• Assist in new product trials and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to streamline production operations.

• Engage in on-the-job training to develop technical and leadership skills relevant to manufacturing.

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing waste, and improving product quality.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Willingness to work in shifts and a hands-on attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
