Location:AMN Tower, Powai, Mumbai

Reporting to:Head -Proposal & Cost Estimation, Modular Fabrication Vertical

Purpose of Role:

• Study of ITT documents and compilation/raising queries to client
• Carry out proposal engineering for PAR & PAU modules
• Cost compilation and optimization
• Interactions with vendors for various procurement items
• Compilation of Basis & Assumptions document for minimum changes during project stage.
• Co-ordination with Yard & design teams for proposal inputs

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Work-out accurate costing & apply cost Reduction Themes
2. Review BOQ / Vendor offers for Optimization
3. Review of technical offer prepared with respect to ITB requirements for completeness and accuracy

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Prepare competitive cost estimates to achieve budgeted order inflow.
2. On time compilation of proposals
3. Cost reduction strategies through value engineering process
4. Evaluation of Risk register and mitigation plan
