Candidates
- should have experience in troubleshooting and repairing of Laptops and Printers.
- will be required to visit customer site daily to attend to the service calls registered by the customers.
- will be interacting with our brand technical team to order the spare parts or seek technical support to solve the problems.
- will prepare the service report after completing the repair job and take customer signature on the report and take service experience rating.
- should have good communication skill in Kannada, English and Hindi
- should be presentable as he will be visiting various customer premises - individual consumers and corporate customers
