· Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on anticipates needs
· Accountable for the complete lifecycle of employees.
· Managing compensation and benefits plans.
· Report on employee turnover rates.
· Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities.
· Coordination with all Senior Management.
· Identifies the skill set & gap of all the functions.
· Ensure hotel staff compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
· Responsible for training & development for all human resources.
· Execution & Delivery of PMS.
Requirements and skills
· Must have work experience of 7 to 10 years’ experience in HR Operations, preferably in the hospitality industry
· Good hands-on MS Office with HRIS.
· Experience in conducting mass interviews
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
· Additional diploma in Hotel Management shall be weight to profile.
