Job Title: Counsellor cum Recruiter
Salary: Up to 15000/- p.m 
Office Location: Transport Nagar Lucknow 
Work Type: Full Time- Remote/Wfh

Key Responsibilities:

Counselling Duties:
1- Guide students and job seekers about various skill development programs.
2- Explain program structure, benefits, fees, and job placement opportunities.
3- Understand the candidate's background, interest, and suggest the right training program.
4- Follow up with interested candidates through calls, messages, or emails.

Recruitment Duties:
1- Identify and recruit potential candidates for enrollment in training programs.
2- Achieve monthly targets for admissions and recruitment.
3- Use various sourcing channels such as calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and referrals.
4- Coordinate with internal teams for admission, documentation, and onboarding processes.

Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree 
- Proven experience in counseling, recruitment, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
