📝 Role Summary:

We are hiring for a Maintenance Site Technician (MST) who will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth operation of all site-based technical systems, including electrical, HVAC, UPS, and mechanical services. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying issues, resolving breakdowns, and ensuring preventive maintenance is consistently carried out.

🎓 Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC (Preferred)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:

  • HVAC systems (including AHUs, FCUs, split units)

  • UPS systems – routine checks, backup tests, and basic repairs

  • Electrical panels, lighting circuits, and DB maintenance

  • Chillers – monitor performance and support servicing

  • Pumps, valves, and piping systems

• Respond to breakdowns and technical issues promptly

• Maintain daily maintenance checklists and site logs

• Follow safety protocols and coordinate with the technical manager for escalations

• Assist in technical inspections, audits, and compliance reviews

💼 Required Skills:

• Strong technical troubleshooting ability

• Practical knowledge of UPS systems and backup load management

• Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings

• Experience with HVAC maintenance and general utility systems

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

🕒 Work Schedule:

• 9 Hours per Shift

• Rotational Shifts (Morning/Night)

• 4 Weekly Offs

💰 Compensation:

• Take-home Salary: ₹24,000/- per month
