2) Filling up the Tracking Sheet with complete Details.
3) Probing Exchange /Valuate Old car.
4) Explain product information.
5) Demonstration and Test Drive.
6) Explanation of schemes, Finance, Finance Documentation process.
7) Explain the Benefits of Insurance / EW / VAS.
8) Follow-up through tracking sheet updating Sales Force regularly and giving a daily report to the Manager.
9) Opening of Order Booking Form.
10) Check availability of stock (Model, Variant, Colour)
11) On the Date of Delivery, check the CAR physically 2-3 hours before the Customer is asked to come to the showroom.
12) Get Accessories Fitted if the customer has ordered, and verify before delivery.
13) Check the clearance of payment 1 day in advance, and collect corporate-related documents.
14) Check the clearance of the loan and get DO from the finance company before Delivery, and get clearance from Accounts.
15) Complete the Delivery process, raise T/R Insurance, Life Tax online payment and be present at the time of Delivery.
16) Hand over all documents to the customer for full payment.
17) Hand over all documents to the RTA Dept if Permanent Registration is done by us
18) Visit the customer after 20 days to find out if he is satisfied and then probe for Reference.
