Roles and responsibilities :- 

• Operating Machinery:

  Machine operators carefully control and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality. 

• Monitoring Production:

  They continuously monitor machine operations, checking for quality, consistency, and adherence to production targets. 

• Troubleshooting:

  When issues arise, machine operators diagnose problems, make minor repairs, and escalate more complex issues to maintenance or engineering teams. 

• Quality Control:

  They perform regular quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards. 

• Material Handling:

  Machine operators may load raw materials and parts into machines, ensuring a continuous and efficient production process

• Machine Setup:

  This involves calibrating, cleaning, and preparing machines for operation according to production specifications.
