Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff and to ensure the Read blueprints and specifications of PET performs.

2. Perform the dimensional analysis of PET performs (Weight, Wall Thickness) to ensure that they meet product specifications.

3. Conduct the Go – No Go Guage Inspection to check the Neck Dimensions.

4. Maintain the measuring devices like weighing balance, wall thickness testers, go – no go gauge instruments, etc.

5. Accept the products and pass it or reject products that fail to meet specifications and inform the Shift-In charge about the same.

6. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.

7. Report inspection and test data.

8. Incoming inspection and PDI.
