Job Summary :

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks as per the daily menu plan.
Ensure timely cooking and serving of food for approximately 300 people daily.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Handle food stock, monitor daily usage, and report requirements to the supervisor.
Maintain consistency in taste, quantity, and quality of food items.
Coordinate with helpers and support staff for food prep, cleaning, and utensil washing.
