Inviting applications for the role of Senior Consultant-Solution Consultant, Supply Chain Consulting

In this role, TheSolution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Rapid Response to achieve sustained value.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements.

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs

  
  

• 
  

  Configure RapidResponse according to the functionality of the customer&rsquos source systems

  
  

• 
  

  Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results

  
  

• 
  

  Integrate and customize RapidResponse to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements

  
  

• 
  

  Provide high levels of customer service

  
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• 
  

  Bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience

  
  

• 
  

  Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e., operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization

  
  

• 
  

  Develop the RapidResponse resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide the functionality.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 
  

  Experience leading supply chain teams, training, or projects full project management experience preferred.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies

  
  

• 
  

  Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations

  
  

• 
  

  Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus

  
  

• 
  

  Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus.

  
  

• 
  

  Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment

  
  

• 
  

  An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaininga high level of client focus

  
  

• 
  

  Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed.
