Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Internal Holiday Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the guest queries of holiday packages via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Sell holiday packages to customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Generate revenue through sales of holiday packages, travel insurance, and other travel-related products.

2. Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and travel-related products
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and customer feedback
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and paperwork, in a timely and accurate manner.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other team members, including sales consultants, customer service representatives, and operations staff
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and feedback with team members to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

 Performance Metrics:

  1. Sales Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and travel-related products
  4. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

 Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
  2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field; experience in the travel industry preferred.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  5. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and travel-related products.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  6. Language Skills: Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
