Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable PD Assistant to join our Product Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Complete Design Master process in EMR Software. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to build a career in PD Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2 + Year of Experience on the post of PD Assistant in Export Jewellery Product Development (PD) department.
• Responsible for the process of complete Designe Master till Freezing PD Sheet.
• Preparation of PD Sheet as per requirement received from CAD Image / customer mail.
• Cross verification of details with customer requirement v/s CAD image. 
• Quick Intimation through mail  to respective department if any correction / changes taken place in PD Sheet.
• Accurate Modification in PD sheet after approval of changes made from cross functional depts. 
• Forward Bag movement entries to respective department such as CAD, CAM, Model, Waxing and Model Dept.
• Inform the status of Cam Pieces to the respective dept to meet the order deadline.
• Close the PD Sheet and forward further to Back office Marketing dept for Sample line production process. 
• Saved documentation/ PD Sheet in respective folders for future correspondence if repetation of order.
• Co-ordination with CAD, CAM, Model Maker Team for any further query.
• Knowledge of EMR Software will be added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Mimimum 12th pass from recognized university.
• Computer literacy is mandatory with Advance Excel will be added advantage.
• Experience in Export jewellery firm in PD Dept is mandatory.
• Good Team Player and initiative in work.
• Willingness to learn and improve work skills.
• Good Analytical skill and basic drafting skills for functional follow up.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in  jewelry industry and PD / production functions.
• Familiar with Advance EXCEL, EMR software or any other sofware used for PD process/ Design Master process.
