Program Overview & Candidate Requirements:

• Profile: Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Education: Any Graduate

• Language: Familiarity with regional languages is required

Employment Structure:

• Initial Training:

  • 2 months of in-house training

  • Internal assessments/exams to be cleared for final employment

• Salary Structure:

   Full salary of ₹3 LPA + performance-based incentives

Relocation Support:
Selected candidates will be reimbursed for 3AC train or bus fare to Bangalore.

Bond Commitment:

• 3-year service agreement

Job Role & Locations:

• Field/counter sales in the FMCG segment (not retail outlets)

• Job postings in metro cities and smaller towns

• Opportunities to collaborate with government and private hospitals
