Key Responsibilities
- Perform fitting and maintenance tasks for equipment and machinery in the manufacturing plant
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and repair or replace parts as needed
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime
- Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards

Requirements
- ITI Diploma in Fitter trade
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in agrochemicals or related industry
- Strong knowledge of fitting and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
- Experience with pesticide, herbicides, or other agrochemicals formulations
- Knowledge of EC, WG, and other formulation types
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment

Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to 20-25K per month, depending on experience
