🕒 Shift Timings:
🌅 Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌇 Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
🕛 Optional Full Shift (12 Hours): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💰 Salary Structure:
💼 ₹11,596 NTH per month (8-hour shift)
➕ Overtime: ₹260 for 4 extra hours
💸 12-hour Shift Monthly Salary: ₹18,365 NTH
