Job Title: HR Assistant

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our HR department at the warehouse located in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily attendance records of all employees.

• Handle leave applications, track week offs, and maintain leave balances.

• Assist in preparing salary reports and coordinating payroll processing.

• Maintain and update employee records and files.

• Assist in PF and ESI documentation and compliance processes.

• Support in recruitment activities, including shortlisting and onboarding.

• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, ID cards, and other documentation.

• Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and attendance.

• Assist in conducting employee engagement activities and disciplinary procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and attendance management tools.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
