The Trainer will deliver a 10-day Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with Bridge Course training for masons, strictly following Sector Skill Council (SSC) guidelines. This role involves conducting effective classroom instruction, practical demonstrations and preparing trainees thoroughly for third-party certification assessments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and onsite practical training for mason trainees under the RPL/Bridge Course program.
• Follow prescribed curriculum and standards set by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) and NSDC.
• Ensure all trainees are well-prepared for third-party assessments.
• Maintain batch documentation, attendance, and trainee engagement.
• Coordinate with the project team for logistics, reports, and assessments.
• Promote safe work practices and site discipline.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech - 2 Year work experience or Diploma in Civil - 3 Year work experience or ITI in related domain - 6 Year work experience
• Certification: Valid and verifiable Trainer of Trainer (ToT) certificate (Optional)

Skills

• Fluency in Hindi (local dialects advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Munger & Khagaria, Bihar (Preference for candidates from Bihar)
