JOB Description – Blue Collar Recruiter (TA)
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage the end-to-end
recruitment process for blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, screening,
and hiring skilled and semi-skilled workers to meet the operational needs of the organization. This
role requires excellent networking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of
the blue-collar workforce landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to source candidates through job portals, local
employment agencies, social media platforms, referrals, and on-ground networks.
• Partner with community organizations, training institutes, and NGOs to build a robust talent
pipeline.
• Conduct job fairs and recruitment drives in high-demand areas.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Handle high-volume hiring efficiently to meet operational deadlines.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce
planning.
• Maintain updated records of recruitment progress and generate reports on hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the recruitment process.
• Ensure all hiring practices align with legal and organizational standards.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree / Master’s is mandatory.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment is essential.
• Strong sourcing skills through both online (job portals, social media) and offline (community
outreach, agencies, NGO’s) channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Work Environment:
• This is an on-site role that may require travel to local recruitment drives or job fairs.
• May involve working extended hours during peak hiring periods.
