Role Overview:
As a Payment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of key merchants using Paytm's payment solutions. Your role will involve onboarding new merchants, providing ongoing support, and driving revenue growth through strategic relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Onboarding & Integration: Guide new merchants through the setup process of Paytm's payment solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned merchants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Paytm's products and services, driving increased transaction volumes and revenue.
Product Promotion: Educate merchants about the features and benefits of Paytm's offerings, encouraging the adoption of additional services to enhance their business operations.
Market Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from merchants to the product and development teams, contributing to continuous improvement of Paytm's offerings.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess merchant performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their use of Paytm's solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
