Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Training: Design and implement customized workout programs tailored to individual client goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness improvement.

• Client Assessments: Conduct initial and ongoing fitness assessments to evaluate clients' health status, physical capabilities, and progress.

• Instruction & Guidance: Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.

• Motivation & Support: Provide continuous motivation and support to clients, helping them stay committed to their fitness journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Track and document clients' progress, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

• Group Classes: Lead group fitness sessions, ensuring all participants are engaged and exercises are performed correctly.

• Equipment Management: Ensure proper use and maintenance of gym equipment, promoting a safe workout environment.

• Client Education: Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to promote overall well-being.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training or a related role.

• Education: Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Motivation: Ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

• Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
