Job Responsibilities :-
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain financial products and services
2. Follow up on leads and maintain a proper database
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions
4. Guide customers through the loan application process and collect required documents
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic queries or complaints professionally
Candidate Requirements :-
1. Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
2. Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
3. Good communication skills & convincing ability
4. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred
5. Target-oriented with a positive attitude
