Buffing Technician

We are looking for a Buffing Technician to handle final-stage polishing and buffing. The technician should ensure a smooth, glossy finish on vehicles by removing paint imperfections, swirl marks, and dust particles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform buffing and polishing on freshly painted vehicle body parts

• Use buffing machines, pads, and compounds for paint correction

• Ensure clean, smooth, and scratch-free surfaces after buffing

• Maintain tools and keep the work area clean

• Work closely with painters and denters for seamless paint finishing

Eligibility:

• Prior experience in buffing or polishing preferred

• Freshers with interest in auto paint finishing can also apply

• Basic knowledge of buffing tools and materials

• Attention to detail and focus on quality finish

• Physically fit and willing to work in workshop conditions
