🔹 Job Roles:

Picker – Picking items as per order.

Packer – Packing of products for dispatch.

Scanner – Scanning products and updating system entries.

Loader/Unloader – Loading and unloading of material.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass

Age Limit: 18 – 35 years

🔹 Salary & Benefits:

Annual Fixed Salary: ₹1.34 LPA (₹11,200/month)

Additional Benefits:

PF & ESIC – As per statutory norms

Attendance Bonus: ₹4,000/month (Up to ₹48,000/year)

Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per night

Overtime (OT): As per availability

Loyalty Bonus: ₹5,000 on completion of 6 continuous months

Working Days: 26 Days/Month

Total Approx CTC: Up to ₹1.87 LPA including bonuses
