Plant Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and supporting production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

• Ensure production targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.

• Monitor production equipment and processes for optimal efficiency and safety.

• Enforce company policies and safety procedures at all times.

• Identify training needs and assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

• Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and improve workflow.

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods as needed.

• Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, downtime, and other key metrics.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process improvements.
