Job Title: Executive – Operations (Security)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Operations
Reporting To: Branch Head
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manpower Management
· Source and screen security manpower as per client specifications.
· Collect necessary documents for ID generation, ESI, PF, and salary bank account setup.
· Arrange relievers promptly based on client requirements.
· Ensure complete uniform allotment for all new joiners.
2. Training & Development
· Provide on-the-job training to security wardens at client sites and in the branch office.
· Prepare assessment sheets and handbooks/manuals based on training sessions conducted by clients or the Branch Head.
3. Billing & Attendance
· Reconcile attendance and prepare manpower rosters for client sites.
· Upload attendance data in ERP for timely wage processing and billing.
· Coordinate with clients for payment follow-up and reconciliation of old dues.
· Liaise with internal teams for updates related to minimum wage changes, rate revisions, leave, and bonus clearances.
· Raise material requisitions as per client site requirements.
4. Documentation & Surveys
· Develop and maintain daily/weekly checklists and site SOPs.
· Conduct surveys for new sites or to assess existing client locations.
5. Grievance Handling
· Address client grievances professionally and in a timely manner.
· Resolve internal staff issues related to salary, bonus, exit formalities, ESI, and PF.
6. Site Operations & Audits
· Conduct regular and surprise inspections at sites to ensure compliance and performance.
· Support administrative and office staff as needed; review staff performance and take corrective actions for improvement.
· Apply for police clearance certificates for security personnel for audit and compliance purposes.
7. Event Support & Incident Management
· Manage deployment and oversee inspection during special events at client sites.
· Investigate incidents of theft, major accidents, or other emergencies and coordinate with local authorities/police for necessary actions.
8. Business Development Support
· Participate in direct sales activities including reference generation and client meetings to support business growth.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of security operations, labour laws, and statutory compliances (ESI, PF)
· Hands-on experience with attendance and billing systems (ERP preferred)
· Client relationship management
· Proactive problem-solving and team leadership
· Ability to handle field operations and work under pressure
Qualification-Graduate; Min 2 to 5 years of Experience from Security & Facility Service Industries. Ex-NDA or SSC Officer preferred.
Salary Range: Rs 30,000- Rs 35, 000/-
