Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling operations on day to day basis.
2. Key management includes Opening &Closing of shift (in-presence).
3. Cash Management: includes issuing of daily floats, handling cinema imprest, shift banking, shortage control etc.
4. Monitoring and Controlling of,
a) Quality level of Products and Services
b) Customer satisfaction
c) Merchandising and Marketing
d) Operating costs
e) Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of the entire area under his/her purview.
f) Ensure optimum performance in specific jobs assigned in the above areas.
5. Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/ goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same.
6. Check for staff grooming/ discipline.
7. Preparing of Weekly roaster for ESPs.
8. To introduce new ways and means to minimize transaction time at box office and at the concessions.
9. Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions and cleaning, to ensure highest standards and quality services at all times.
10. Conducts operation training to ESPs & Duty Officers (under the guidance of Cinema Head)to enhance job performance and productivity.
11. Coaching and initiatedisciplinary action (if necessary) to ensure complete adherence of operation SOPs.
12. Establishes and maintains the record systems to include but not limited to:
a) Spot Check file
b) LAM files
c) Activities file
d) File on customer comments form
e) Ticket register
f) Lost and found register
g) Complimentary ticket register
h) Also includes all legal registers
13. Ensures that displays are up-dated at all times, and effectively co-ordinates with Programming &Marketing for compliances.
14. Ensures compliance with all legal requirements in connection with Cinemas.
15. Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on weekly basis.
16. Must be willing to Work in a team environment - with total hands on approach.
17. Have strictest controls on cash handling and ensure that here is no pilferage of moneys and safe procedures of money handling are adhered to.
18. Display & Commercial compliances, to be ensured during QSC (Quality Standards Checklist)
19. Make QSC (Quality Standards Checklist) at start of the shift and escalate concerns to respective departments while keeping Cinema Head Informed.
20. Carry-out deep cleaning of Candy area on every Sunday Night.
21. Must work towards making the PVR a successful brand and in all ways to
act honestly, diligently, justly and truthfully.
