Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and practical knowledge of Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and data entry in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and guest invoices.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and monthly closing reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and local tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary reports to auditors.
• Coordinate with other departments for billing and financial matters.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of Tally ERP is mandatory.
• Experience in hotel accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and hotel industry accounting standards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
