Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Field Visits and Market Coverage:
Conduct daily visits to a minimum of 50 assigned retail outlets following a predefined route plan to ensure optimal market coverage.
Sales and Order Management:
Proactively engage with retailers to secure sales orders, ensuring accurate order placement and timely fulfillment.
Product Knowledge and Communication:
Develop a thorough understanding of Tata Consumer Products' portfolio to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value to retailers.
Merchandising:
Enhance product visibility at retail outlets through effective merchandising, including arranging warm and chilled displays and placing point-of-sale materials.
Retailer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to foster collaboration and ensure ongoing sales growth.
Reporting and Analysis:
Accurately track and report daily activities, including outlet visits, sales orders, and merchandising efforts.
Gather retailer feedback on product performance, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategies.
Target Achievement:
Maintain consistent weekly fieldwork (6 days x 8 hours) in compliance with company norms, excluding holidays.
Achieve at least 50% productivity in daily visited outlets and a target of 175 physical cases in daily sales volume.
