The person should have the good knowledge of solar cell and module line process.
Hands-on experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Knowledge of ladder logic, SCADA/HMI interfaces, IO mapping.
Good understanding of machine automation, servo drives, and field bus systems (PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.).
Troubleshooting automation errors and alarms.
Good knowledge of Configuring control systems for the stringer, Bussing, Six axis robot, laminator, etc.
- Mapping I/O signals, verifying sensor-actuator response, and testing safety interlocks.
- Installing and backing up PLC/HMI programs, job recipes, and setting process parameters.
- Coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams for synchronization.
- Supporting OEM engineers during trial runs, logic verification, and debugging.
- Ensuring data logging, alarms, and safety protocols are functional.
- Training customer team on operating the machine software.
