CUSTOMER ADVISOR
We are looking for experienced candidates for the role of 'Customer Advisor' who will serve as the first point of contact for the customers seeking advice or services from the company. The primary duties will be to answer customer enquiries, making product recommendations or suggestions, providing information about the product and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Dealing with customers on a daily basis.
· Assisting customers in making purchasing decision.
· Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
· Addressing customer complaints.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Answering queries.
· Maintaining customer relationships.
