Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a warm and respectful attitude

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ride-on toys from our collection

• Build strong rapport with families and guide them patiently through product features

• Handle queries with clarity and confidence, including price, warranty, and functionality

• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and pride in representing the ISAKAA brand

• Help in basic fitting and assembling of toys (like attaching wheels, mirrors, etc.)

• Assist in packing and carrying boxes for customers when required

• Maintain a clean and organized store display
