Role Description
 
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Associate located in PVR Cinemas at Lulu Mall Lucknow. The Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer interactions, assisting with ticketing and concessions, and ensuring a seamless movie-watching experience. The Service Associate will work closely with the team to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the premises and provide overall support to the operations.

1- Guest Handling at Cinema

2-Taking order  and serve to the guest.

3-Service on seat,suggestive and up selling.

Male candidate shoul be open for both shift (Morning and evening)
